Leighton Road Parklet

Leighton Road Parklet

Following a consultation in June 2021, a parklet was installed on Leighton Road in April 2022. A parklet is created by changing a parking or loading space into a shared space for people, providing greenery and a place for people to sit, talk and relax. They are open and free for anyone to use.

Creating this parklet was led by a Leighton Road residents group, called Greening Leighton, and will be in place on a trial basis for 18 months. Greening Leighton will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Parklet.

We'd like to hear your views on this trial parklet.

Fill out the survey below to let us know your thoughts. These questions are our way of checking in with local communities - we will still have a full public consultation on the parklet after the trial has been in place for around 12 months.

While we will not be responding individually to comments, all the information you provide will help us to improve the scheme and be used to help us decide at the end of the trial whether or not to keep the changes.

We'd also like to hear from you if you have any suggestions for any other on street changes in Camden. This can be done by visiting our Safe Travel Camden Map.
